Olivia Wilde Workout

For Olivia Wilde's workout, she likes spinning, walking, hiking, karate and yoga.
I have started to get back into Yoga. It’s really both exercise and therapy, because when you walk out of class and you’re all, Ahh.”

Olivia Wilde Workout for Tron
"Many of the stunts and fighting scenes Olivia had to shoot demanded her to be in shape, strong and very stable with superb balance. Olivia has a dancing background and moves with grace, but I knew that we needed to gain some muscle mass and strength, stamina and overall body balance and coordination." - Patrick Murphy, the creator the Olivia Wilde workout.

“These multi-dimensional, compound exercises help many of my clients gain muscle and burn mass calories, giving them the lean look that they strive for,” says Wilde's trainer.
  • Warm up for 5-10 minutes
  • Reverse Lunge into Leg Swing
  • Side to Side Skip
  • Squat/curl/press/calve raises
  • Jump Lunges
  • Squat Rows
  • Power Pushups
  • Torso Rotations
For an awesome, "Hollywood" workout, I really suggest Rusty Moore's

He teaches women how to look "slim, fit & feminine" and has been focusing for years purely on the "Hollywood look." I have used his workout methods for men, and have heard only amazing results and feedback about his womens workout! On her character, Quorra: "The great thing about playing a strong female character is that I feel like I've created someone for little girls to look up to."

    Olivia Wilde Diet

Olivia Wilde describes herself as vegetarian who eats fish and tries to avoid pastas and bread. Obviously, the approach she takes towards her diet is working.

“I don’t own a scale, and Tao banned the word fat from our house.”
“If we eat too much, we say, ‘I feel clogged up.”
    - Says Olivia Wilde about her diet.
What is most appealing and impressive about Olivia Wilde's diet and approach to dieting is that she doesn't go overboard and isn't an all or nothing kind of dieter. I really think that this is crucial for anyone to find success in dieting - whether your aim is to maintain your weight or to drop a few (or more than a few) pounds.

A dieting approach that I found to be easy and amazingly effective is intermittent fasting as outlined in Eat Stop Eat. This is the diet that I use and although I was very skeptical at first, I must say that it works. It's approach is intermittent fasting. The author, Brad Pilon, is an amazing nutritionist and he puts a ton of research and science into this diet.
